- Post and process invoices in given timelines and standards and oversee the flow of invoices;
- Clarify reasons behind over due items and process them to payment or write them off;
- Check vendor data and inform of possible changes;
- Recognize and communicate potential issues with team and the team manager;
- Interact with customers and ensure delivering high quality customer service;
- Support new team members in training.
- Education in Accounting or related field;
- Previous work experience in Accounting, experience in AP is a plus;
- Knowledge of AP area concepts and processes, ability to understand complex issues and find solutions;
- Good written and spoken English required;
- MS Office skills;
- Ability to co-operate with team members and other internal departments;
- Good communication skills and ability to multi-task;
- Customer-oriented and willing to ensure high quality service.
Beneficial skills:
- Finnish is a plus;
- Basware IP, AGM and SAP experience.
- Work experience in an international and modern work environment;
