Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist

Job Description

Based in Tallinn, Estonia you will be part of the EMEA finance team. The job will involve payroll and accounting duties. This position will suit a well-organised, detail oriented individual. (at the moment for 18 months, but possibly more).

What You’ll Do:

Bank Reconciliations
Accounts Payable Preparation of monthly invoices , data entry and organizing payment runs
Payroll calculation / Payment / Payroll Tax calculations and submission of Employer and Employee tax returns
Assist in Payroll employee queries
Management of VAT returns
Month End Close and reporting into European finance headquarters
Annual Reports preparation and assisting in the Estonian Audit
Other ad-hoc projects

Requirements

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

Excellent English skills
Excellent Excel skills and Microsoft office programs
ERP experience essential. Netsuite Oracle experience preferable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Finance Qualification with Accounting
2+ year’s post qualification experience – management of payroll required
