Accounting assistant

We are an innovative and dynamic Estonian Online E-Commerce company located in Tallinn.We specialise in Electronics products, we sell trendy consumer electronics and smart living gadgets online.To support our fast growth, we are looking for an “Accountant”. He/she is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities. He/she will work closely with the Finance, Supply, Logistic, and Management team.

The main responsibilities for the Accountant are:- Handle Daily payments (Partner/Supply/Salary/Rent/etc)
- Handle Emails (Partner/Affiliates/Payment Processing/Bank/etc)
- Handle Company Accounting/Yearly reports.
- Direct communication with our Finance/Auditor Teams
- Direct communication with our Management Team

-Accountant must be highly organized.

- They also must have the ability to navigate complex situations and personalities, be adaptable and a commitment to the highest standard of integrity.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Proficient in Accounting Softwares (Xero/etc)
-Ability to thrive in dynamic and non-routine working environment
-Ability to effectively manage tasks
-Desire to learn and ability to adapt to changing routines and software
-Strong analytical skills and agile with numbers
