Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant, Wood Sourcing for fixed term and part-time contract to join our team in Tallinn, Estonia.

As a part of our international team, you will be responsible for different accounting operations in order to secure prompt payments. What you will do

  • Process accounting procedures related to purchases and sales of raw materials: customer invoicing, vendor invoice handling andreconciliation of deliveries, receipts, and invoices
  • Write various financial periodical reports, e.g., statistical reports
  • Develop accounting processes
  • Participate in office administration tasks
  • Provide various reports related to wood sourcing

Requirements

  • You have at least 1-2 years of experience from a similar role and suitable educational background
  • You have excellent skills in Directo and in MS Office tools (namely Excel)
  • You are a proactive person with strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • You have good collaboration and team-working skills with flexible and positive attitude towards changes
  • You are fluent in Estonian and English
