- You will be responsible for regular communication with service recipients, establishing and maintaining strong relationship;
- handling queries and complains, analyzing queries and providing solutions;
- monitoring the current query solving status and informing service recipients about updates;
- producing status reports to stakeholders.
- BBA or equivalent degree;
- knowledge of finance processes;
- strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- understanding of service recipients’ and business needs;
- fluent English (other languages are an advantage);
- willingness to travel and experience in working in virtual organization.
