The primary goal of the Account Management Team is to ensure scandiweb's clients' complete satisfaction and achieve success in their endeavors. We firmly believe that cultivating enduring, robust relationships is crucial for maintaining a stellar reputation among competitors and earning the utmost trust within the industry.
What are the goals and responsibilities of an Account Manager?
Above all, positive and measurable impact on each assigned account. You, as an Account Manager, will take the lead on being the initial contact for the client to ensure the project signing. Your responsibilities will include introductions to the Delivery Team, overseeing the project completion, and assisting in developing a strategic roadmap. As the most important contact for the client, you will make sure that the transition to the Support Team is seamless, and further, you serve as an ongoing assistance.
Your daily responsibilities will include learning about clients' true issues and how our products can solve that. Therefore, measurements, such as KPIs will be the guide of “red flags”. Addressing the issues to management for resolution you will learn and build a path to decrease the “red flags” to zero level.
Building relationships as an Account Manager means high responsibility to ensure a positive experience with scandiweb. Monthly feedback will matter the most to work on new strategies and continue to maintain clients' needs.
In the end, nothing tastes better than bringing value to a client's requirements by reaching the goal.
What do we expect from you?
We expect our new Account Manager to take full ownership of any task. To do so, you will need experience in sales and business operations to understand how business occurs in the eCommerce field. Great communication skills are a must to build relationships with clients, as well as confident written and spoken English.
We see you as a true believer in change and having a passionate interest in improvements that matter, aiming to build the best eCommerce experience for our clients. You must be capable of using aligned tools, developing methods, and utilizing KPIs as your guide to success. Experience with CRM and marketing tools is also expected. Adaptability will be essential, so sharpen your agile skills to prioritize effectively.
Account Managers have to work in a dynamic environment, and finding comfort in this kind of work will be one of your tasks. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to work in a fast-paced industry will be needed to maintain a rapidly expanding customer base.
Please note that if you are joining scandiweb remotely, you will need to have your own hardware setup. After the probation period, it is possible to arrange a hardware upgrade.
