We seek an Account Manager - Fintech and Licensing to join our company's Operations Department. The ideal candidate will play a major role in managing and nurturing relationships within the rapidly evolving landscape of the financial industry, including cryptocurrency, digital assets, investment funds, FinTechs, and payment institutions. The candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry experts, engage with diverse clients, and contribute to the advancement of operational strategies within the context of emerging financial technologies. 


Key Responsibilities: 

● Operating as the primary point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts;
● Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships;
● Engage with clients through various channels, including physical meetings, e-meetings, phone calls, chats, and emails;
● Collaborate with foreign agents, notaries, lawyers, and governmental bodies (such as the business registry and financial regulators);
● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to the client's needs and objectives;
● Ensure successful deal closures while providing clients with an exceptional customer experience;
● Prepare reports on account status;
● Respond promptly to client inquiries and arrange in-person consultations when required;
● Foster positive and professional relationships with clients;
● Resolving customer complaints and needs;
● Manage business correspondence effectively;
● Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed;
● Monitor incoming inquiries and ensure timely responses, updating the CRM system accordingly.

Requirements

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in client management or other relevant experience
● Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and exert persuasive and effective influence at all levels of an organization, including senior and mid-level executives
● Experience in developing solutions that are focused on customer needs
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
● Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
