Job Description

Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information in the ERP system
Preparation of reports – analysis of sales results;
Plan and coordinate marketing activities
Handling of quotes, orders, refunds, or exchanges; Create reports according to the request .
Keep track on shipped orders vs. invoiced items, backlogs
Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFQs
Communicate directly with customer and handle internal communication with sales representatives in other countries.

Experience from manufacturing industry and specifically electronics manufacturing industry in customer handling positions
Experience on working with quotes, orders, invoices in ERP in EMS
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills good knowledge of Russian and Estonian
Positive, proactive, customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset
Good communication, negotiation, organizational and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
