Job Description

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information in the ERP system
  • Preparation of reports – analysis of sales results;
  • Plan and coordinate marketing activities
  • Handling  of quotes, orders, refunds, or exchanges; Create reports according to the request .
  • Keep track on shipped orders vs. invoiced items, backlogs
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFQs
  • Communicate directly with customer and handle internal communication with sales representatives in other countries.

Requirements

  • Experience from manufacturing industry and specifically electronics manufacturing industry in customer handling positions
  • Experience on working with quotes, orders, invoices in ERP in EMS 
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills good knowledge of Russian and Estonian
  • Positive, proactive, customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset
  • Good communication, negotiation, organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
