Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Manager.
You will:

Lead sales and marketing for AI & SaaS products

Drive the sales cycle from prospecting and presenting to closing deals

Requirements
- Native level proficiency in Estonian, fluent in English

5+ years of sales experience (preferably in software/SaaS)

Presentable, proactive, and results-driven

Company offers
Part-time: Approximately 20–30 hours per week, flexible schedule, remote working
Base Salary: €1,500 gross (declared on a full-time employment aggrement)
Benefits: Full social tax, pension, and health contributions are covered in Estonia
Performance Payment:
• 30% commission per sale (capped at €5,000 per month)
• Yearly performance bonus for exceeding sales targets
