

What you'll do:

Work closely with managers and support all local employees to make sure HR policies and procedures are followed and understood.

Provide help and coaching on various people topics—whether it's a team leader or a team member who needs support.

Manage hiring and onboarding, help build strong teams, and improve how we work together.

Collaborate with the HR team on key projects and help shape a great company culture.

Handle HR documents such as contracts, contract changes, bonus agreements, and terminations.

Use HR data (like pay, job levels, and turnover) to give helpful insights.

Help develop and put in place smart HR solutions to support business goals.
What you bring:

At least 3 years of experience in HR Business Partner or People Partner roles.

Experience with hiring and finding great talent.

A clear and practical way of thinking—you know how to focus on what matters most.

A positive, proactive mindset—you handle change and challenges well.
-
Good understanding of Estonian labor law.
-
It’s a big plus if you have a legal background or have studied law.

Strong communication skills in both Estonian and English.
Bonus points if you also have:

Experience working in e-commerce or retail.

Knowledge of the HR systems.
-
You enjoy working with both people and numbers.
