Project manager in Baltic Banking

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Manage, supervise, maintain and improve operation of Accounts (onboarding, offboarding) and liquidity solutions in Estonia. Keep competence about the product and share knowledge with employees involved in sales;
• Give input for further product development and perform project manager role for the product localization;
• Participate in projects related to product development by representing customer needs and perform business testing before production. Give input for strategic planning and formulate IT development needs for the product;
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments.

• Knowledge of corporate banking business and products;
• Good analysis incl. problem solving skills;
• Strategic thinking, market awareness and customer focus;
• Strong negotiation and collaboration skills;
• High self-leadership skills;
• University degree;
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
