We are looking to recruit a Sales Engineer to join our experienced international team and support our sales of Schindler lifts and escalators in Estonia.

Duties and responsibilities

Your core duties and responsibilities will include preliminary design work with architects and general contractors, developing budgets and schedules, reading and understanding job plans & specifications, preparing estimates, bid proposals and making presentations to win the sale.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, Finance or Engineering.

Business to business sales experience is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Excellent Communication Skills, both spoken and written.

Excellent Estonian language skills and strong English language skills.

Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

High personal ethics and a strong sense of responsibility.
