
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer service via phone, e-mail, chat.
- B2C sales to our existing customer base (cold+warm leads).
- Providing constant feedback and insights about areas of improvement.
- Substituting colleagues from the same department during vacations with other lines of tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Latvian and Russian, both written and spoken, and proficient in English.
- A strong customer-oriented mindset – you have a great desire and interest in working with customers, listening to them, and finding suitable solutions.
- Ability to work independently while also being a good team player.
- Responsible, quick, precise, and accurate.
- Experience in B2C sales is a plus.
