International Business Service Specialist

We are looking for someone who is ready to contribute to the product’s success through tactical execution, collaboration across departments, and continuous improvement of ways of working!

-collect and analyze customer feedback, competitor data, and market trends to support Service Managers
-assist in the creation of product documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge resources
-facilitate go-to-market activities by enabling cross-functional teams through product knowledge and support
-monitor product performance
-collaborate with legal and compliance teams to support mandatory reporting and regulatory communications
-proactively identify opportunities to automate processes and improve processes

We will be happy if you have:
-a capability of conducting market research at a basic level and capability of reading reports
-understanding of business analytics as well as basic product management principles and frameworks
-ability to understand how technology is used to solve problems
-a capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
-exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
-collaborative mindset and strong team support skills
-proficient English knowledge
