Job Description

Your mission:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to support recruitment strategies, leveraging your market knowledge and hiring expertise.

  • Own the candidate process end-to-end from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

  • Create an engaging and positive candidate experience in line with Wise values, regardless of the hiring outcome.

  • Support employer branding efforts through university recruiting, job fairs, and diversity outreach initiatives.

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes by identifying challenges and proposing solutions.

  • Use data to track hiring progress, identify roadblocks, and optimize processes for efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Rewards, People Ops, and RecOps to streamline recruitment operations.

A bit about you: 

  • You have experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within high-volume hiring, customer support, or servicing roles.

  • You are skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence hiring decisions.

  • You take a consultative approach, providing hiring managers with guidance and market insights.

  • You have a problem-solving mindset and can adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively with the team.

  • You are data-driven, using insights to inform hiring decisions and continuously improve processes.

  • You communicate effectively, tailoring your approach to different audiences.
