IT Technician

Key Responsibilities: 

• Consult customers reg. management, monitoring and maintaining cloud-based systems to ensure reliability, performance, and security. 

• Provide technical support for system-related issues and assist in troubleshooting. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system infrastructure and performance. 

• Document processes, configurations, and system changes. 

• Testing of our platform. 

• Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and security protocols. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 1 years in system administration or a related role. 

• Technical Skills: 

• Knowledge of networking concepts, virtualization 

• Proficiency in managing Linux and Windows server environments. 

• KVM 

• S3 – object storage  
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or local providers. 
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. 

• Language: English, Polish or other language is an advantage.
