A well-established wholesale company serving the nonfood retail market is seeking a talented Key Account Manager to drive sales growth in Estonia.
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and help expand our nonfood category in the Estonian market. This role involves actively pursuing new business opportunities while managing a portfolio of existing clients. The Key Account Manager will work with high-quality brands and play a key role in introducing new brands to Estonia.
Your Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (modern trade)
· Develop annual brand plans in collaboration with Brand Managers
· Negotiate and implement commercial terms
· Execute marketing strategies and initiatives
· Analyze sales data and performance metrics
· Plan and manage budgets effectively.
· Proven experience in account management, category development, or retail operations; experience in FMCG is a plus
· A proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility
· Ability to lead and collaborate within commercial teams
· Skill in managing tasks in a dynamic and complex environment
· Valid driver’s license and strong computer skills
· Fluency in Estonian and English.
