Sales Manager in International Business

OMNIVA is the largest international post and logistics company in the Baltics, which has been delivering letters and parcels to its customers all over the world for decades.
As we continue expanding our global footprint, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven International Sales Manager to join our growing International Business Unit in Omniva!

We are seeking someone skilled in acquiring new customers and effectively upselling to existing clients!

- develop and execute impactful sales strategies to attract and secure new business opportunities
- monitor and report on sales performance metrics to ensure we stay on track
- travel internationally as needed

Requirements

We will be happy if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- minimum of 2 years’ experience in international sales, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce
- a solid grasp of global markets and cultural nuances
- top-notch communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
