Information Security Advisor

Your main responsibilities:

• You are contributing to the execution of Grant Thornton Baltic Digital strategy.

• Developing a Cybersecurity service line, together with Grant Thornton International member companies, ensuring Grant Thornton Baltic uses the latest best practices to advise clients IT and cybersecurity systems and processes to comply with industry standards and regulations.

• Develop and implement cybersecurity assessment tools and procedures to safeguard company and client data while ensuring efficient client servicing.

• Take part in different service line team meetings, to find customer cases that need your expertise.

• Understanding the regulatory environment and emerging trends to support ICT and information security risk management.

• Audit and assess clients' IT and information security environment according to standards.

Our expectations:

• CISA certification is necessary, ISO 27001 Lead auditor certification is an advantage.

• Experience with security tools and technologies, a strong understanding of the relevant regulatory environment, controls, and risks in Cybersecurity.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and Estonian.

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work independently.

• High ethical standards with demonstrated integrity, tact, and diplomacy.

• Knowledge of cloud security and experience with cloud service providers.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR is a plus.

• Cybersec/InfoSec Certifications such as CISSP or CEH are a plus.
