Backend developer

Responsibilities of a Backend Developer include:

• Developing and maintaining both in-house and customer solutions;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain the platforms;
• Applying your skills to build and deploy software;
• Contributing to the improvement of development processes and best practices;
• Working with the infrastructure team to design and maintain a secure infrastructure.

It would be beneficial if you have:

• A relevant Bachelor’s or Master's degree or a good reason for not having one;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in coding, designing, data, and standardization;
• Knowledge of software development methodologies;
• Languages (Java, C#, C++, Go; or bring your own);
• Ability to dive into details and work independently;
• Ability to work on your own initiative;
• Ability to work in a small team of developers;
• Can-do attitude;
• Willingness to travel the world;
• Fluency in both English and Estonian. Estonian language proficiency is essential!
