Job Description

What you will accomplish

  • Work in a supportive team environment to improve the software and customer experience;
  • Learn in-depth about the field of forensics, world of encryption, and password recovery within the range of Passware products;
  • As the primary contact, you will assist with incoming support requests, manage customer expectations, and provide solutions to technical issues they report;
  • Contribute to the internal decisions and discussions from the point of customer feedback and software use;
  • Help the team grow and evolve their processes and procedures.


Must haves

  • Customer service experience with technical orientation;
  • Fast learning skills with the ability to adapt;
  • Ability to be proactive and self-sufficient;
  • Team player who is not afraid to ask questions;
  • Organized, motivated person with attention to details;
  • A high level of written and verbal English.

It would be great if you have

  • Working knowledge of Zendesk ticket system and Atlassian JIRA;
  • Familiarity with digital forensic and security technologies and services;
  • Helpdesk Customer Service skills and communication training and achievements;
  • Good understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems;
  • General understanding of mobile phones and iOS/Android operating systems;
  • Other language skills.
