Team Manager to Mobile Application Development team

Our Mobile Application Development team of true professionals is looking for a skilled leader to be part of our exciting journey to ease daily banking needs of our 2+ million app users.

What will be your daily work in this role:

• Lead a team of highly skilled engineers, who’s work directly affects the daily experience of all Swedbank customers with our mobile application in the Baltics.

• Assure our services are up and running 24/7 and their lifecycle is handled properly.

• Collaborate with other Team Managers and management team to ensure that our organization is set up to support the execution of the committed roadmap.

• Align your work and the team’s contribution to the bank’s direction and strategy.

• Coach and support your team, as well as be open to the continuous development of your own leadership skills.

We are looking for a leader, who:

• Owns 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in software development and maintenance (having experience in mobile application related development is considered a plus).

• Supports a cross-functional team in continuously improving Agile methodologies and ways of working.

• Shows courage and builds trust, creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Contributes to the management team and the whole unit in our journey to build excellent customer experience with the latest technology.

• Has great communication and networking skills as well as fluency in English.

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in a related field (management, IT etc) is considered a plus.
