Your influential mission. You will...

• Collect and understand business requirements, define them as software requirements, and describe the solutions, which help accomplish the business needs
• Design and negotiate software solutions with all involved parties
• Document software defects, errors, and issues for reporting and resolution
• Be the go-to person regarding the details of the product’s expected behavior

• Have previous experience as a software analyst or in a related field
• Have experience creating and interpreting UML diagrams 
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
• Are not afraid of time pressure
• Can see the connection between different things and find solutions

Our team is working on a wide set of tools for operating gaming businesses. We are covering domains such as customer account management, security, regulatory requirements from different countries, responsible gaming. Our tools are used by hundreds on different companies operating online gaming sites and retail locations. Our product is the hearth of Playtech as the whole platform is set around customer accounts. Our customer account management system implements services to all gaming products in Playtech ecosystem, such as authentication, universal rule engine, geo-location etc. Our product team consists of 4 engineering teams covering everything from product vision and analysis to implementation, quality assurance, support and maintenance.
