Customer Service and Team Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for an agile, quick-thinking and reliable person to fill the position of Customer Service and Team Assistant.

You will be the first point of contact for our organisation. You will be handling all daily emailing, texting, calls, course registrations, incoming payments and customer inquiries.

You will also be assisting other team members, and especially the general manager, in various projects and endeavours related to the daily running of the school.

Minimum commitment that we ask is 3 years. Position requires you to be physcially in Estonia.

 

Here is an example list of your main tasks:

  • Answering to customer inquires
  • Following up on email and phone call communications with the customers
  • Guiding new customers through the course enrolment and payment process
  • Keeping course registration database up-to-date daily
  • Updating and managing of our customer database, emailing lists and other customer data
  • Creation and updating of our email templates database
  • Managing social media communications and posting
  • Assisting in course preparations, such as purchasing needed supplies, printing and posting of course booklets and the like
  • Getting price offers, researching for solutions and options for other projects and purposes of the school as set forth by the general manager

Since we work with international people from various time zones, you need to be flexible in your working hours – from time to time late evening or weekend tasks are required.

  • You have excellent administrative skills; organising and streamlining excites you
  • You can handle multiple tasks and assignments at the same time
  • You have a very high level of personal responsibility and you make sure that all your tasks have been completed on time
  • You are able to work independently in fast-paced situations
  • You have high level of self-leadership
  • You are flexible and ready to fulfil work tasks also during after-hours and weekends if needed
  • You are absolutely fluent in verbal and written English and Estonian
  • You have excellent skill in writing customer emails and giving customer support in written format
  • You are ready to commit to this position for at least 3 years
