Job Description

B2B export manager job for NorVita health products can be split into 3 segments as follows:

 

Planning and preparation

  • Doing market research for a specific region, segment, category or competitors;
  • Doing prep-work before the trade shows or client visits;
  • Scouting at online networking sites, e.g. LinkedIN;
  • Preparing documents like NDA, LOI and Contracts;
  • Participating at marketing and product development activities;

Sales activities

  • Reaching out to new or existing leads;
  • Mapping prospect's needs and communicating them to the team;
  • Closing deals with the help of the team;
  • Work with marketplaces, e.g. listings, management, etc;
  • Attending trade shows, EstCham and EAS events and visits in key areas;

Key account management

  • Managing deals and leads in CRM, including reporting;
  • Follow-up communication and after action reporting;
  • Managing incoming orders;
  • Planning marketing activities with partners;
  • Documenting and communicating incoming suggestions/feedback/complaints;

  • Estonian, Russian and all other languages (besides English) are beneficial but not mandatory;
  • Higher education is beneficial, but not mandatory;
  • Living experience abroad is beneficial, but not mandatory;
  • Knowing PipeDrive is a beneficial, but not mandatory;
  • Experience in supplements' segement is beneficial, but not mandatory;
