Customer Support in Estonian, Russian and English

Join us as a Customer Service Representative!

Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:

• Work for one of the fastest-growing industry start-ups and mobility companies that originated in Estonia;
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or live chat;
• Support customers with questions related to orders, payments and quality of service;
• Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

• Who can write and speak in Estonian (at least C1 level/native);
• Who can write and speak in Russian and English (at least B2 level);
• Multi-tasking capabilities;
• Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience;
• Someone who is good with receiving feedback and wants to improve themselves;
• Someone who is available to start on 19th June 2023!
