Estonian-English-Russian Customer Service Specialist

Transcom Estonia is currently seeking a skilled Estonian-English-Russian Customer Service Representative to join our team representing the Estonian mobility company that provides its service across the Globe. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the food delivery industry.

As a customer service representative in the mobility department, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that is committed to delivering high-quality services to its clients. In this role, you will:

• Work for one of the fastest growing food delivery, mobility, car-sharing start-ups in Europe - providing a variety of services across Europe, Africa, Western Asia and Latin America.

• Respond to customer queries related to food delivery services, payments, quality of services in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or live chat;

• Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues.

What we are looking for:

• Estonian language proficiency at C1+ level;

• Russian and English language proficiency at B2+ level;

• Availability to start on June 12th;

• Good computer skills;

• Availability to attend around 5 night shifts/month; 

• Multitasking abilities;

• Willingness to learn and improve;

• Flexibility to adapt to changes.
