  • Processing customer orders and providing support
  • Teamwork
  • Customer disputes resolution 

Requirements

  • Written and oral literacy
  • Business Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of foreign languages
  • English at least  B2;
  • Russian is the corporate language
  • Analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Stress resistance Confident user of PC, office equipment and  Internet;
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
