Sales and Customer Service Agent

Job Description

  • Focus on high level customer service, provide an effective, polite, friendly and professional service
  • Keep up to date with daily assignments to ensure all bookings and amendments are made within the required timescale
  • Handle requests related to our services at the hotel and deal with operational issues requested by our resort customers
  • Receive and make phone calls, handle e-mails and act as the first positive point of contact for our customers
  • Book, amend and finalize hotel accommodation and activities for our valued customers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel and customer service related work is essential
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication, organization and PC skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Detail and result oriented, precise and open-minded
  • Good sense of humor, especially at times of stressful situations
  • Fluent in written and verbal English, all other language skills are an advantage
