Job Description
We are looking for a remote Customer Support Manager for the Estonian market to join our team. MB Adsera is a fast growing innovative ecommerce business based in Lithuania and already working in 8 different countries.
To start with there is no need for specific knowledge, we will teach you all necessary skills. You will learn to work with Wordpress (website content management system) and other tools..
We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow, loves to chat and is fluent in Estonian and English. Open-mindedness and the ability to work independently and in a team are valued here a lot. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the fast growing E-commerce world and processes bringing new products to the market..
What You Will Do
- Communicate with customers by email, phone and social media
- Resolve incoming tickets and provide relevant information for the customers, such as delivery information, guidance how to use the products, how to return them, and any other queries that arise;
- Ensure excellent customer journey;
- Collaborating with other customer support specialists;
- Entering and editing data in Wordpress, warehouse system and other tools;
- Coordinating with other team members;
- Communicating with Estonian companies (wholesale) and influencers (cooperation).
Salary
10 - 15 eur/hr

- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Estonian & English;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
