• Higher education.
• Experience in Retail and managing a team.
• Fluent Estonian and English language skills.
• Good management, organizational and entrepreneurial skills.
• Personal initiative and sense of responsibility.
• Valid driving license.
• Willingness to go for a training abroad for up to 2 months.
