We are recruiting a Store Manager for H&M store in Tallinn!​

  What you do:​

• You always put our customers first and your top priority is to provide excellent customer service.​
• You analyze sale KPI`s and take actions to maximize sales and profit in your department​
• You create a fair scheduling for your team in line with business needs and budget​​.
• You lead by example and empower your team to develop themselves and deliver the best shopping experience​.
• You collaborate with the store Visual team to create an inspiring and exciting customer experience​.
• You follow and execute safety and security routines to prevent loss and guarantee employee and customer safety​​.
