We manage a network of more than 1,700 stores and create jobs for over 24, 000 employees in our offices and sales structures.

Currently we are looking for:

Junior Regional Productivity Coordinator

/Baltics & Finland/

Your key responsibilities for this role will be:

• Implementation of optimization in the operational processes of LPP stores;
• Control of operating procedures in stores;
• Training of sales departments and store managers in areas related to productivity;
•  Reporting of work results to the Regional Productivity Coordinator;
• Ongoing cooperation with Regional Sales Managers and Store Managers;
• Analysis of data and reports

Requirements

What we expect from You:

• Has experience in a functional position in a clothing company store;
• Fluently communicates in English;
• Has highly develped training and interpersonal skills;
• Is process optimization oriented;
• Has the ability to make analyses, draw conclusions;
• Can effectively manage their working time;
• Is ready for frequent business trips
