Job Description

You will be responsible of the delivery and follow up business plan for the factory and developing and following up scorecard performance parameters to ensure the achievement of the business plan targets at factory level (140 employees). You will be implementing Lean processes that support customer satisfaction, flow management, standardization and elimination of waste.  You lead the factory management team and support the team members in their roles and in their development.  You are also a part of the Milectria EST OÜ Management group.

Requirements

We expect you to have a bachelor or master's degree in engineering, technical, business administration or related field. You should have experience on production or supply chain leadership roles or related field and you have proven strong leadership capabilities.  You will benefit of deep understanding and experience of successful implementation of Lean manufacturing methods, and you have good analytical, problem solving and organizations skills. You should have good abilities for a high level of strategic thinking and a strong drive to get things done. Fluent Estonian and English are a prerequisite. Location for this position is at the Pärnu factory.
