Job Description

Your main tasks:

• Training sellers on how to successfully sell on our Marketplace-platform;
• Train and coordinate sellers during their onboarding process;
• Communicating with sellers in the process of uploading and managing their products;
• Training and advising sellers on the use of Marketplace internal systems;
• Achieving personal and team goals;
• Solving various issues that come with onboarding new sellers.

Requirements

We hope You have:

• Professional working proficiency of Estonian and English (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage);
• Secondary- or higher education;
• Work experience in solving problems - acquired during training or in areas focused on customer service;
• Initiative, responsible and results-oriented attitude;
• Interest in e-commerce and desire to develop in the field;
• Experience in e-commerce and/or retail is an advantage.
