Job Description

Your main responsibilities include:

  • You are responsible for managing the cash office in store
  •  You train the store staff in routines
  • You complete and ensure all cash office and safety routines regarding money handling
  • You complete all hour/payroll calculations and reports
  • You pro-actively prevent administration mistakes and cash losses and follow up daily on cash status and report mistakes correctly
  • You will act as Sales Advisor when needed and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • You enjoy working with a diverse team.
  • You have the ability to overview, plan, organize and prioritize your work.
  • You like creating structure, working with numbers and analyzing of sales figures
  • You are happy to support your team with clearly concerning administrational and IT procedures while keeping calm and focused.
  • You are motivated by training others and sharing knowledge.
  • Your strong interpersonal skills inspire your colleagues and support to create an efficient cash office.
  • You have good English and Estonian language skills.
