Job Description
Your main responsibilities include:
- You ensure that our store reflect brand standards, commerciality and support the customer experience.
- You implement guidelines correctly and finished on time through planning and routines.
- You analyse KPIs together with management team and implement relevant actions.
- You evaluate and develop visual knowledge among sales advisors.
- You constantly share knowledge and develop others to support brand expansion and succession.
You act as a role model to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements

- You enjoy working with a diverse team
- You have the ability to overview, plan, organize and prioritize your work.
- You are flexible and a problem solver who dares to take initiative to find the best solution
- You have a genuine interest in fashion and culture and you’re able to translate this into relevant creative actions.
- You have minimum two years of customer service experience within the retail industry along with good English and Estonian language skills.
