Job Description

  • Lead, motivate and develop small team of employees. 
  • To plan, organize, coordinate and control all activities related to team work.
  • Proactively respond to market and business changes.
  • Identify team and individual training needs and support the implementation of development activities to ensure professional development, skills and knowledge development.
  • Communicate with companys clients (business companies) and take responsibillity for projects implementation. 

Requirements

  • Energetic and achievement-oriented personality.
  • Prioritization and delegation, customer focus, developed high integrity.
  • Initiative, accuracy, high communication and collaboration skills, excellent organizational skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to plan work tasks.
  • People management experience.
  • Expierence in retail and FMCG sector would be an advantages. 
  • Computer knowledge and good skills in working with MS Office computer programs and office equipment.
  • Driving license / experience.
