DIRECTOR OF ROOMS

What you will be doing:

As a Director of Rooms you will be responsible for the overall smooth and economical running of the entire Rooms Division incl Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and SPA departments.

Main scope:

• Annual budget, forecasts, replacements and investments planning and capital projects
• Guest satisfaction results / quality management
• Cost control and labor planning
• Corporate Social Responsibility (Planet 21) and Safety (ALLSAFE) programs

As an Executive Committee member, establish the policies and guidelines of the hotel to ensure profitability and consistency.

Your experience and skills include:

• Solid experience as a Rooms Division Manager or other managerial position in hospitality.
• Excellent administrative, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to manage effectively multiple priorities and changes with flexibility, timeliness and efficiency.
• Estonian and English written and verbal communication skills in high professional level.
• Decisive, enthusiastic, creative thinker who thrives under pressure and is able to perform multiple functions.
• Proven leadership skills, which supports an environment of employee growth and development, interdepartmental teamwork and exceptional customer service.
