Baltic Product Manager of Payments

Job Description

If you are interested in corporate and private payment products and customer satisfaction, as well as product management and maximizing product profitability, then you are the person we are looking for!

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Plan, align and execute product plan and roadmap.
  • Initiate, lead and create product and process improvements.
  • Monitor, be aware and ensure product area compliance to EU and local regulations, execute internal compliance requirements and processes.
  • Work closely with internal customers and stakeholders as well as with Agile IT team.
  • Define requirements together with IT team and lead projects.
  • Manage product portfolio and it's lifecycle process, and also follow and analyze product profitability.
  • Be up to date with market trends.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in payments or similar area.
  • Previous cross-border working experience and open, can do mindset.
  • Market awareness and customer focus, ability to adapt customer perspective.
  • Very good cooperation, influencing and negotiation skills - proven ability to lead through others and achieve results without formal authority.
  • Strong execution capability - strong initiative, drive and persistence, goal oriented, good analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent in Estonian and English both speaking and writing.
  • University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration.
