Job Description

Service Desk Expert acts as the firstcontact for Fortum corporate employees in financial services area. Provides highlevel service by answering incoming requests and escalates unresolved casesto 2nd level support. Troubleshoots issues, provides support to varioussoftware applications and manages user access rights.

Requirements

- very good communication skills in English (verbal and written). Swedish and/or Finnishare considered as advantage

- customer oriented mindset and love for accuracy and details

- „CAN DO“ attitude with open mindset and willingness to provide different solutions

- ability to work with/without direct supervision and to take responsibility for your ownwork and personal development

- skills to adjust easily and to welcome challenge as an opportunity to learn new things
