Digital Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Monthly/yearly Sales and Marketing plan implementation and control
• Sales and digital marketing KPIs monitoring and reporting
• Management of internal media and external communication channels
• Leading of marketing projects & initiatives
• B2B, management of suppliers’ marketing activities
• Working collaboratively with internal and external business parties.

We expect You to:

• Develop strategies to enlarge brand awareness and visibility in both digital and offline channels
• Understand our customers journey and focus on improving the retention rate
• Great knowledge of digital marketing KPIs and PPC, GA4, SEO, FacebookAds (at least 2+ years relevantexperience)
• Experienced in leading marketing projects and working with creative and media agencies
• Shine in number analysis and presentation (Excel, Power Point etc.)
• Be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven personality with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously with a high sense of responsibility
• Have analytical and solution-orientated mindset
• Excellent written and spoken Estonian and fluent in English, Russian would be considered as an advantage.
