FINNISH SPEAKING SERVICE DESK ANALYST

You will be responsible for: 

• First level IT support to B2B customers via phone, e-mail, chat and other channels.
• Identifying and solving problems related to software and hardware.
• Guiding customers on ICT processes and applications.
• Handling and documenting incoming incidents or requests.

We expect you to have 

• Good Finnish and English language skills.
• Understanding of Windows OS, MS Office tools and different Internet Browsers.
• Interest to develop and grow in the IT field.
• High school or vocational education degree.
