Head of Product Engineering

You will be leading a team of Product Engineering Managers who are responsible for delivery of the bank’s product and technical roadmap in engineering teams.

• Lead and manage a team of Product Engineering Managers.
• Lead and manage product engineering in collaboration with Product Engineering Managers.
• Partner with product management to align on strategy and execution.
• Ensure that rollouts and launches are of high quality and delivered on-time.
• Collaborate with engineering partners to ensure needed staffing of engineering teams.
• Ensure career development for employees with different roles in product engineering.
• Ensure staffing of engineering teams in alignment with product and technical roadmaps.

• At least 2 years of team management, team leadership and recruiting, preferably in international environment and with remote teams.
•  People management, teambuilding and recruitment skills.
•  Performance management and planning and monitoring processes.
•  Knowledge of Agile methodologies, development life cycle, tools and methods.
•  Public speaking experience.
•  Above average English skills.
•  Internal training and mentoring experience.
