Expected job duration is 15 months (could extend into commissioning phase)

Job description:

Mechanical supervision providing on site technical advisory services to client.

Main activites are:

- Preparing erection instructions and method statements

- Follow-up work progress

- Assist and advise erection company

- Inspect erection work and coordinate inspections with client

- Review assembly drawings and assess constructability 

- Redlining of changes / modifications

- Atending coordination meetings

- Preparing work permits and -orders

- Controlling changes / mods / repairs

- Plate work / Rotary eqmt / Conveyors

Semi -senior position requires experience in large Oil / Chemical plant construction.

Mechanical engineering degree or sufficient work experience as mechanical supervisor.

Required language skills:

- Fluent in English

- Good knowledge of Russian

- Lituanian or Estonian knowledge is of advantage

- German knowledge is of advantage (non exclusive)

Required computer skills:

- Office package

- Navis

- Inventor / Autocad is of advantage (non exclusive)

Other skills of advantage (non exclusive):

- Extensive welding knowledge

- QC welding inspector certification level 2

- HSE international certification
