Senior Sales Manager

Bidrento is a fast-growing startup headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. We have the most comprehensive rental property management software and tenant app that is designed for landlords and property managers. Bidrento streamlines work and eliminates routine and manual tasks and as a result 75% less time is spent on rental property and tenancy management.

You will be a part of an early-stage successful startup that is growing rapidly and your actions will have a huge impact on the Rental Real Estate market and the growth of Bidrento.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Pro-active B2B sales to companies within the Real Estate industry
• Presentation and active sales of Bidrento solution
• Identify sales opportunities through research, cold-calling, and networking
• Develop strategies to increase the market share of Bidrento
• Build and further develop customer relationships while improving customer satisfaction
• Support Bidrento customers while onboarding and further use of Bidrento solution
• Full coordination of sales processes and after-sales support
• You will be responsible for the whole sales cycle and winning the customers

• Experience with Real Estate / Rental Real Estate Market 
• B2B sales experience is a must
• Good presentation skills and outstanding communication, both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills
• Very good negotiation sales skills, and ability to close the deals and contracts
• Interest and curiosity in technical details and technology in general
• Winner mentality and results-oriented approach
• Experience with SaaS real estate products is a bonus
