Job Description

  • You will manage daily incoming emails, calls, messages from the app users
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Manage requests and complaints, solve problems and find solutions to the problems
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use app features

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous working experience in customer service
  • Multi-tasking abilities (to assist other departments if needed)
