Job Description

• Respond to customer requests comings via chat, email, phoneand other possible distance service channels in a timely manneraccording to the company standards.

• Identify customer needs and help customers to resolve theirissues according to company knowledge and procedures,identify root cause of the problems and search for best possiblesolution for customers issue.

• Escalate customers’ complaints and requests to the back-officeaccording to the escalation procedure, follow up tickets to ensureresolution.

• Troubleshoot and report product malfunctions.

• Process requests from our gaming providers and colleagueswithin OC group.

• Take the extra mile to engage customers.

• Propose customer additional products and services in case ofsuch an offer set up by CRM/Marketing teams

Requirements

What we need from you

:• Open-minded, outgoing personality

• Loves to help others, solve situations

• Previous experience in the similar field

• Fluent working proficiency in English, Estonian and Russian
