Partnership Manager

Timetravels is a Finnish tour operator that specializes in “experience travel” to Northern

Lapland, Scandinavia and Baltics.

We are currently looking for a new Partnership Manager to the Student Tours team, who would take care of the communication with partners, such as different student organisations, starting from September 2022 at the latest.

Job Description:

The employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following

responsibilities in a professional manner:

• Communication with assigned partners (email, phone, physical meetings)
• Working closely with partners and team to ensure the best offers
• Working with sales statistics and booking systems
• Representing the company in various events and meetings
• Taking part in creating itineraries, organising meetings and events

An ideal candidate is someone who has

• Excellent English skills, oral and written
• Customer-orientated and cheerful attitude
• Good public speaking skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay calm in all situations
• Punctual and well-organized person
• Readiness and enthusiasm to travel to meetings (incl. weekends)

We are delighted, if you also have

• Experience from ESN or other student organisations
• Experience in the tourism sector
• Good Swedish skills
• Knowledge about Scandinavian culture and geography
• Previous experience in sales
