HEAD OF CONTROLLING

What will be your next challenge:

• Support the company in fulfilling orders and meeting revenue, profit, and cash conversion cycle targets
• Accurate forecasting within your area of responsibility
• Clean internal and external audits and finance policy compliance
• Achievement of agreed and Opex targets
• Contribution to the development of the Finance Function
• Accurate measurement and achievement of costs and benefits from all approved investments
• Development of the financial plan to support transformation
• Present the performance results of the company & business units to stakeholders
• Work closely with the company’s CFO and all departments

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Relevant experience in a similar position with a proven record of success
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Ability to collaborate with upper management to achieve the company’s financial goals
